WeRoll Vendor Agreement

Effective: May 28, 2026

Key Things to Know

  • Going Live makes your business visible nearby.
  • Visibility is temporary while broadcasting.
  • Vendors are responsible for permits and compliance.
  • Unsafe or abusive behavior may result in suspension.
  • WeRoll is a discovery platform, not a merchant of record.

1. Introduction

Welcome to WeRoll.

This Vendor Agreement explains the responsibilities, expectations, and rules for businesses using WeRoll to publicly broadcast live locations, connect with nearby customers, and participate in the WeRoll platform.

By creating a vendor profile, claiming a business, or using Go Live features, you agree to this Vendor Agreement, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Billing Terms.

2. Eligibility

Vendors must be legally authorized to operate their business and comply with all applicable laws, permits, licenses, and health regulations.

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You are authorized to operate the business you represent.
  • The information you provide about your business is accurate and current.
  • You hold all permits, licenses, and certifications required to operate.

3. Go Live & Location Visibility

When a vendor chooses to Go Live, WeRoll may display the vendor's approximate real-time location, profile information, and live availability to nearby users.

Location visibility is temporary and session-based. Vendors control when broadcasting begins and ends. Sessions expire automatically after 4 hours, and earlier if GPS goes inactive for 15 minutes.

WeRoll is designed for public-facing business discovery and not continuous location tracking.

See How Live Works for the full step-by-step.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information (name, category, hours, photos).
  • Operate lawfully and within the bounds of your permits and licenses.
  • Comply with all applicable food safety and public health requirements.
  • Operate in safe, public locations — not private residences or restricted areas.
  • Treat customers and other vendors with respect.
  • Keep your listings truthful and free of misleading offers or claims.
  • Honor the prices, hours, and availability you communicate via WeRoll.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are not permitted on WeRoll:

  • Impersonation — broadcasting as a business you do not own or operate.
  • Fake locations — misrepresenting where you are or where you'll be.
  • Harassment or abuse — threats, slurs, or targeted intimidation of users or other vendors.
  • Illegal sales — offering goods or services prohibited by law.
  • Unsafe operation — broadcasting from restricted, dangerous, or non-permitted areas.
  • Spam broadcasting — rapid successive sessions, fake activity, or abuse of notifications.
  • Deceptive promotions — bait-and-switch offers, undisclosed fees, false claims.
  • Stalking or misuse of platform visibility — using WeRoll's tools to monitor or follow individuals.

See Responsible Use & Safety for the full anti-harassment policy and how we enforce it.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Optional WeRoll subscription plans (Starter, Pro) provide higher visibility and additional vendor tools. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes on subscription fees.
  • Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscribers are honored at their current price through the next renewal.

See full Billing Terms for details.

7. User Interactions

WeRoll provides a discovery platform connecting vendors and users. Vendors are solely responsible for their business operations, products, services, transactions, and interactions with customers.

WeRoll does not process payments on behalf of vendors (subscription fees to WeRoll are separate), act as a party to vendor-customer transactions, or guarantee vendor performance.

8. Safety & Public Environment Notice

WeRoll encourages vendors and users to meet in safe, public, well-lit environments whenever possible. Vendors operating in unfamiliar areas should use awareness, follow local guidance, and may use the Emergency Stop feature to end a broadcast immediately at any time.

9. Suspension & Enforcement

Depending on severity, our Trust & Safety team may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Warnings or written notice.
  • Temporary suspension of broadcasting capability.
  • Removal of an active live session.
  • Vendor removal — vendor profile taken offline pending review.
  • Permanent ban — account closed, future signups blocked.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement in emergencies and pursuant to valid legal process.

We notify affected vendors of enforcement actions and provide an appeal channel where appropriate.

10. Privacy & Data Use

WeRoll limits visibility and retention of live presence data where reasonably possible and uses temporary, session-based broadcasting. We do not sell personal location history.

11. Limitation of Liability

WeRoll is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusterSense, Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, your interactions with customers, or actions taken by other vendors. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

This section is intentionally short. A full liability framework will be added after legal review.
