WeRoll Terms of Service

1. Platform Overview

WeRoll is a real-time discovery platform that connects users with mobile vendors, including food providers, service providers, and other mobile businesses. WeRoll does not own, operate, or control the vendors listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use WeRoll.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Vendor Accounts

Vendors are subject to additional terms set out in the Vendor Agreement. Vendors are solely responsible for their business operations, products, services, permits, licenses, and compliance with applicable law.

5. Location and Go Live Features

When a vendor chooses to Go Live, WeRoll may display the vendor’s approximate real-time location, profile, and availability to nearby users. Location visibility is temporary and session-based, expires automatically after 4 hours and earlier if GPS is inactive for 15 minutes, and can be ended by the vendor at any time. WeRoll is designed for public-facing discovery and not continuous location tracking.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt platform operations.
• Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or vendors.
• Use WeRoll to track, monitor, surveil, or stalk any individual.
• Impersonate any person or business.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

7. Vendor and User Interactions

WeRoll is not a party to any transaction or interaction between users and vendors. WeRoll does not guarantee:

• The legality, safety, or quality of vendor products or services.
• The accuracy of vendor listings or location.
• The availability or performance of vendors.
• The conduct of any user or vendor.

Any interaction or transaction between users and vendors is at their own risk.

8. Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant BusterSense, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the platform. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your content is lawful and not misleading.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Vendors may subscribe to paid plans to access additional features. The following billing terms apply:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
• Pricing may change with notice.
• Failed payments may result in downgrade or suspension.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

10. App Stores and Third-Party Services

Your use of WeRoll through a mobile app store is also subject to that app store’s terms. WeRoll relies on third-party services, and your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

12. Safety

WeRoll is not an emergency service. Do not rely on WeRoll for emergencies. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Use awareness and good judgment when meeting vendors or users in person.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or pose a risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.

14. Intellectual Property

WeRoll, the BusterSense name, logos, software, and platform content are owned by BusterSense, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using WeRoll, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusterSense, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the three months before the claim or $100.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BusterSense, Inc. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, your business operations, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or other means. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
