WeRoll Terms of Service

1. Platform Overview

WeRoll is a real-time marketplace that connects users with mobile vendors, including food providers, service providers, and other businesses.

WeRoll does not own, operate, or control vendors listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use WeRoll.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

If you register as a vendor, you agree that:

• You are legally authorized to operate your business
• You possess all required licenses, permits, and approvals
• Your business complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• All information you provide is accurate and up to date

You are solely responsible for your operations, services, and compliance.

4. No Endorsement or Guarantee

WeRoll does not guarantee:

• The legality, safety, or quality of vendor services
• The accuracy of vendor listings
• Availability or performance of vendors

Any interaction or transaction between users and vendors is at their own risk.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Vendors may subscribe to paid plans to access features such as visibility, booking, analytics, and compliance tools.

• All fees are billed in advance
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• We may change pricing with notice

6. Bookings and Transactions

WeRoll may provide booking and scheduling features. However:

• WeRoll is not a party to any transaction between users and vendors
• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling bookings
• Users must resolve disputes directly with vendors

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with platform operations
• Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false information
• Pose risk to users or the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusterSense Inc. is not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from vendor services
• Personal injury, property damage, or loss
• Disputes between users and vendors

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BusterSense Inc. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your business operations
• Your violation of these Terms

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
