WeRoll Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for WeRoll subscriptions.

1. General Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in this policy.

2. Monthly Plans

Payments for monthly subscriptions are:

  • Non-refundable once billed
  • Not prorated for partial usage

3. Yearly Plans

For annual subscriptions:

  • Refunds may be considered within 7 days of initial purchase if no substantial usage has occurred
  • After this period, all payments are non-refundable

4. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades are charged immediately and are non-refundable
  • Downgrades do not result in refunds for unused time

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical errors
  • Billing mistakes

6. Cancellation

Canceling your subscription:

  • Stops future billing
  • Does not trigger refunds for the current billing period

7. Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
