WeRoll Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for WeRoll subscriptions.

1. General Policy

All subscription fees, plan fees, upgrades, add-ons, and other paid charges are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy.

WeRoll provides free and demo access so you can evaluate the service before purchasing a paid subscription.

2. Monthly Plans

Payments for monthly subscriptions are:

  • Non-refundable once billed
  • Not prorated for partial usage

3. Yearly Plans

Payments for annual subscriptions are:

  • Non-refundable once billed
  • Not prorated for partial usage, unused time, or cancellation before the end of the current subscription term

4. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades are charged immediately and are non-refundable
  • Downgrades do not result in refunds for unused time

5. Exceptions

WeRoll may issue a refund, credit, or correction in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Technical payment processing errors
  • Charges that are required to be refunded by applicable law

WeRoll reviews these situations on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation

Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

  • You remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation
  • Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated

7. Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
