WeRoll Billing Terms

1. Subscription Plans

WeRoll offers paid subscription plans (e.g., Starter, Pro, Pro Yearly) that provide access to platform features such as visibility, booking, analytics, and compliance tools.

By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.

2. Billing Cycle

• Monthly plans are billed every 30 days
• Yearly plans are billed annually in advance
• Billing begins immediately upon subscription

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

3. Automatic Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize BusterSense Inc. to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.

To avoid renewal, you must cancel before the next billing date.

We may modify subscription pricing at any time.

• Existing subscribers will be notified in advance
• Updated pricing will apply at the next billing cycle

5. Payment Methods

We accept payment methods provided through our payment processor (e.g., credit/debit cards via Stripe or similar providers).

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

If a payment fails:

• We may retry the charge
• Your account may be downgraded or suspended
