Responsible Use & Safety

Effective: May 28, 2026

WeRoll is designed for public-facing mobile businesses operating in public or permitted environments. These guidelines help keep vendors, followers, and the communities they serve safe.

Public Space Guidance

  • WeRoll is for vendors operating in public, well-lit, accessible areas.
  • Meet vendors at their advertised stop, not at private residences.
  • Follow local laws, permit requirements, and posted health codes.
  • Avoid using WeRoll to coordinate meet-ups outside business operations.
  • Trust your instincts — if something feels off, leave and report it.

Anti-Harassment Policy

The following behaviors are not permitted on WeRoll and may result in account suspension, removal, or permanent ban:

  • Stalking — Using WeRoll to follow a specific person or business with intent to harm or intimidate.
  • Abusive tracking — Polling location, monitoring presence, or aggregating movement data on individuals.
  • Impersonation — Broadcasting as a vendor you do not own or operate.
  • Unauthorized broadcasts — Operating without required permits or in restricted zones.
  • Harassment — Threats, slurs, or targeted abuse directed at vendors, followers, or staff.
  • Fraud — Misrepresenting business identity, hours, or location.

Vendor Safety

  • You can stop broadcasting immediately at any time.
  • Sessions automatically end after 4 hours, and earlier if GPS goes inactive for 15 minutes.
  • You can remove or block followers from your vendor dashboard.
  • You can report follower behavior that feels unsafe to safety@bustersense.com.
  • Your home address, personal phone, and exact path history are never shown to followers.

Reporting Abuse

If you witness or experience behavior that violates these policies, please report it to safety@bustersense.com. In your report, include vendor name (if applicable), date/time, and a brief description. For urgent safety threats, contact local law enforcement first.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity, our Trust & Safety team may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Session suspension — temporary inability to broadcast.
  • Account restrictions — limited follower visibility or rate-limited broadcasts.
  • Vendor removal — vendor profile taken offline pending review.
  • Permanent ban — account closed, future signups blocked.

We notify affected users of enforcement actions and provide an appeal channel.
